Sting like a bee Small Groups acted individually everywhere around the transport-route. Even 16.000 Policemen were not able to keep every meter secure, so it was possible to get on the railway without seeing anyone else then protestors. After 10 Minutes several meters of the track were damaged or blocked, and they left again to sting somewhere else. (Mostly the Police came up with 5 or 6 cars 15 minutes later, and stayed there for some hours) Those small groups were often more effective than hundreds of protestors which could be easily recognized. But the Police was glad, that there have also been brave Anti-Anti-Anti-Activist groups, which cleared the route from logs like shown above. :-)
